Mr Iribhogbe Stephen is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker and the Nigerian Institute of Bankers. He holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He started his working career with First Bank Plc with over 20years of experience.
He left the Banking industry in 2007 to join the capital market. He had been involved in various private and public issues of quoted companies.
MARTINS ABIODUN KOLAWOLE

An articulate, dynamic and experience man. Mr. Kolawole is an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management and a graduate of Accounting from the Polytechnic, Ibadan, He also holds Post Graduate Diploma(PGD) in Financial Management from Lagos State University. He started his accounting career with the Anglican Diocese of Lagos in 1986 as an Account Officer from where he joined Commerce Bank Savings and Loans Limited (Subsidiary of Commerce Bank Limited in Liquidation ) in 1994.
He had a brief stint with Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) between 1998 and 2001 from where he joined Rainbow Securities & Investment Co. Limited as the pioneer Accountant.
IYOGWOYA ISAAC IMONIKHE

A resourceful individual. Mr. Iyogwoya Isaac Holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos state Polytechnic, Ikorodu and a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from Lagos State University, Ojo.
He started his working career with Osiyo Investment Company Limited as an Account/Operations Officer in 2004. He also worked in Ehgiemai Industries Limited between 2007 and 2011 as an Account Officer where he rose to the position of Accountant and a second stint with Osiyo Investment Company, from where he joined Rainbow Securities & Investment Company Limited.
